Whether you’re a program director, employee, or volunteer, we offer comprehensive courses designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to create a safe and nurturing environment for young participants. All required trainings are available via CSU Learn and the Praesidium Academy platform. Youth Program Directors & Administrators

As Program Directors, you will have access to the platform to track training progress. All trainings must be completed before employees interact with youth as part of the program.

Employees Working with Youth Participants

Once Program Directors provide a list of youth program employees, Enterprise Risk Management will assign all required trainings through the platforms. All trainings must be completed before employees interact with youth as part of the program.
