For External Organizations

We’re here to assist you in creating a safe and positive experience for the youth in your program. External organizations seeking to register a youth program on our campus must contact our Conference and Event Services and follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Contact Conference & Event Services: Submit an inquiry to hdcsces@sfsu.edu

  2. Review Our Policies: Familiarize yourself with our youth protection policies to ensure your program aligns with our standards.

  3. Complete Registration: Fill out the registration form with all required details about your program.

  4. Submit Documentation: Provide any necessary documents, such as background checks and program schedules.

  5. Await Confirmation: Our team will review your submission and confirm your registration.
